JEAN-LOUIS ETIENNE’S FIRST POLAR EXPEDITION

Aboard the Japy-Hermes, mountaineers and sailors set sail on July 14th, 1979 for Greenland. The objective: to climb the peaks of the Umanak region, north of Disko Island, on the west coast.
